Fixed bug 4452 - Please replace AC_HELP_STRING with AS_HELP_STRING

Hugh McMaster

AC_HELP_STRING is deprecated and is considered an obsolete macro in autoconf 2.69.

Please replace AC_HELP_STRING with AS_HELP_STRING.
